Oxygen Mask
An Oxygen Mask provides a way of transferring oxygen gas to the required patient. The mask is covered to nose and mouth. The tube of the mask is connected to a storage tank.
We have two types of Oxygen Mask available:
- Pediatric
- Adult
List of Raw Materials used in making the Oxygen Mask:
- Our Oxygen Masks are produced with white transparent and green transparent polyvinyl chloride particles.
- For utmost comfort of the patients, odor-free & supple medical graded PVC is used in making.
- We have both types of Oxygen Masks: with DEHP and without DEHP.
Features of Oxygen Tube:
- Oxygen Tube normally has a tube of 1.8 m to 2.2 m.
- Our Oxygen Tube has two alternatives for inner diameter 5 mm and 6 mm.
- It comes with luer slip (conventional) connector and luer lock (universal new type) connector.
- It has a star lumen design that minimizes the risk of airflow termination.
Features of Face Mask:
- Our Face Mask has an adjustable nose clip for a comfortable fit.
- It has a thickened hole that prevents breakage of face mask edge when being stretched by an elastic strap.
- Our ergonomic design facilitates proper coverage that reduces and controls oxygen gas leakage.
- It also has good edge curling.
Details of Elastic Strap:
- Elastic strap of our Oxygen Mask is made of premium quality material.
- It has a high flexibility strength that enables longer or shorter to fix the different patient heads.
- We have two alternatives: Blue and Green straps.
- It comes with a tie to prevent being pulled off from the mask.
Advantages
Oxygen Mask
An oxygen mask is a device that allows you to breathe o2 from a storage reservoir into your lungs.
- The mask perforations allow carbon dioxide to release during exhale.
- The open mask design reduces the risk of aspiration of emesis.
- Without removing the mask and stopping oxygen delivery, patient conversation, care, and oral-based medicines are achievable.
- Total oxygen consumption is decreased by giving a high concentration of oxygen at relatively low flows. In emergency planning, widespread casualty, and pandemic circumstances, this becomes a factor as well.

A Nebulizer Mask is required to open up the airways in the lungs. It helps breathe better by delivering medication quick.

Advantages
Nebulizer Mask
People with respiratory respiratory problems, pulmonary disease (COPD), or cystic fibrosis frequently use nebulizer treatments.
- Because it doesn't need to be held in place like a mouthpiece, the elastic band that holds the mask in position enables to use passively. This is especially useful for patients who are feeble or lack sufficient agility to hold the mouthpiece.
- Many patients actually prefer the mask since it allows them to keep their hands free throughout the therapy.
- The mask, unlike a mouthpiece, does not demand you to breathe in a particular manner. While using a mouthpiece, you should breathe in through your mouth and breathe out via nose.

High Concentration Mask
High Concentration Oxygen Masks are required to deliver high concentrations of oxygen with a reservoir bag. The one-way valve delivers oxygen to a reservoir bag during expiration. The valve also stops exhaled gases from entering the bag.

High Concentration Mask
To produce a high oxygen concentration, a one-way valve permits oxygen to be delivered to the reservoir bag during expiration while minimising air retention during inhalation. Exhaled gases are also prevented from entering the reservoir bag via the valve. By limiting oxygen loss during inspiration, the reservoir bag aids in increasing the inhaled oxygen concentration. For trauma patients, no-rebreathing masks are commonly utilised in places like A&E departments.

Nasal Oxygen Cannula
A nasal Oxygen Cannula is produced for transporting Oxygen with double channels. It is required when patients need additional oxygen in the nasal cavity. It is connected to an oxygen tank. Lastly, oxygen passes through the tube.

Advantages
Nasal Oxygen Cannula
A nasal cannula ought to provide unobstructed oxygen supply, even though the cannula is kinked or twisted while conducting daily tasks.
A single-use nasal cannula is recommended. A moist towel can be used to clean the nasal cannula softly. If the nasal cannula becomes filthy, damaged, or defective, it must be replaced.

- The multi-flow Venturi Masks are produced to supply oxygen or other gasses to patients.
- Our Venturi Mask has an integrated nose clip for positioning the mask; it also has an adjustable premium quality elastic strip.
- It has highly flexible tubing with smooth kink resistance that ensures a steady flow rate.
- It also has a star lumen main tube that avoids any accidental blockage.
- For the utmost comfort of patients, our Venturi Mask has a smooth and feathered edge, which also reduces irritation points.
- The proximal end of the tube is attached to the funnel-shaped connector to access the oxygen source.
- These masks are equipped with various oxygen concentration diluters and a tube connecting to the mask and the oxygen storage tank. Also, the mask fits over the nose and mouth in a very comfortable way.
Advantages
Venturi Mask
The Venturi mask provides a constant oxygen concentration regardless of the patient's effort.
- Patients with COPD benefit from the consistency of inspiratory Oxygen tension provided by Venturi masks. This approach is unaffected by the patient's breathing rhythm and minimises the possibility of removing hypoxic respiratory drive or hypoxia vasoconstriction.
- The most significant benefit of Venturi masks is that they can deliver increased flow and better oxygen concentration accuracy. When the given flow is greater than the patient's maximal respiratory rate flow rate, the patient will not inhale the ambient air, ensuring a steady, accurate, and regulated oxygen levels. High-flow gas, on the contrary, can have a flushing effect on the patient's exhaled breath, preventing repeated inhalation.
