Bains Circuit
An anaesthetic delivery system called a Bain circuit connects a person's airway to the anaesthesia equipment. It produces a sterile environment in which a patient can inhale and exhale.
To supply anaesthetic gases to the patient's airway and clear out emitted carbon dioxide, Bain circuits require a high fresh gas flow. Fresh gases are delivered through an inner tube, while exhaled gases are expelled through an outside corrugated tube. A Bain circuit prevents the exhaled gases from being re-breathed.
Another of the best features of these bain circuits is their small size and low cost, as well as its ability to collect waste gases, have little void spaces, and provide minimal resistance to breathing.
We have two kinds of Bains circuit:
- Adult
- Child
Features of Bains Circuit:
- Tubing that is corrugated, adaptive, and low in resistivity.
- An expiratory valve is situated near the reservoir bag and is partially or entirely opened depending on the type of ventilation being given to the patient.
- The adjustable pressure-limiting (APL) valve and the unidirectional Heidbrink valve are two types of valves.
- Anti-static Reservoir Bags: The anti-static reservoir bags that are provided vary in capacity based on their intended purpose, such as for adults or children. It may be simply removed to facilitate mechanical ventilation by attaching a ventilator hose.
Advantages
Bains Circuit
A Bain circuit connects a patient's airway to the anaesthesia unit. It produces a sterile environment in which a patient can inhale and exhale. Bain circuits use a substantial clean gas flow to supply anaesthetic gases to the patient's airway while also washing away carbon dioxide exhaled by the patient. Fresh gases are delivered through an inner tube, while exhaled gases are expelled through an outside corrugated tube. A Bain circuit prevents the expelled gases from being re-breathed.
Fresh gas flow, reservoir bag, breathing tubes, expiratory valve, and patient connection are among the components. During anaesthesia, our respiratory systems deliver oxygen and anaesthetic drugs while also removing carbon dioxide. It is suggested that a bain circuit be used with extreme caution because if the inner tube of the bain circuit breaks or becomes disconnected, the entire structure will become dead space.
- Small size and low cost.
- IAbility to scavenge waste gases.
- Have little dead space.
- Provide low resistance to breathing.
Ventilator Circuit
The Ventilator Circuit is the tubing that is required to connect the ventilator to the patient. Additionally, it connects any other devices to the circuit.
We offer three types of Ventilator Circuits:
- Plain
- Single Water Trap
- Double Water Trap
List of Raw Materials used in making the Ventilator Circuit:
- Our Ventilator Circuit is produced from medical-grade EVA or PE (Polyethylene) material.
- Also, random PP is used in making.
Description of Ventilator Circuit:
- Ventilator Circuit is the connector of the mechanical ventilator to the patient’s lung.
- We offer it in various sizes: Adult, Pediatrics/Child & Neonatal.
- The tubes are highly flexible; It makes the process of gas supply smoother.
- For convenience and safety, we provide a breathing circuit that uses standard connectors.
Functions of Ventilator Circuit:
- Ventilator Circuit delivers anaesthetic gases and vapours.
- Oxygen flows through Ventilator Circuit to the patient.
- It eliminates CO2.
Features of Ventilator Circuit (Plain):
- It is compact and inexpensive with low dead space.
- Low resistance to breathing with Ventilator Circuit.
- It facilitates scavenging of waste gases.
- It is available with three kinds of tubes: corrugated tube, flexible tube and smoothbore tube.
Features Ventilator Circuit (Single & Double Water Trap):
- Ventilator Circuit has two types of connectors:
- Patient side 22 M/15 F
- Machine side 22F.
- It has two types of Luer Port
- 7.6 mm on Y Connector
- 4.3 mm on Elbow Connector.
- It has two types of Corrugated Tube size
- 22 mm (for adult)
- 15 mm (for Pediatrics).
- Its length is 150 cm.
- Its water trap volume is 40ml.
Circuit:
- Circuit isavailable in scented and unscented with non-toxic PVC.
- It is available with Corrugated, Expandable, and Smoothbore.
- It is produced with qualified materials and connectors that avoids leakage.
Advantages
Ventilator Circuit
The Ventilator Circuit connects the patient's lungs to the motorized ventilator, and it's critical that it's of the greatest quality in order to ventilate the patient appropriately, efficiently, and safely. We provide a large selection of circuits with quality standards connectors that will fit most ventilators, heaters and humidifiers, filters, suction catheters, and therapeutic aerosol generators.
- The corrugated tubes are flexible and bend resistant, prevent meandering, and do not break, ensuring that ventilation system in the process provides a consistent gas supply.
- Breathing Circuit employs a standardized connector for ease of usage in the clinic.
- Circuit tubing has a universal connector.
- Superior flexibility and control.
3 Ball Spirometer
A 3 ball spirometer is a device that helps in expanding your lungs by supporting you to breathe deeply and fully. It is required for breathing exercises post-surgery in order to make the lungs stronger.
The exerciser is divided into three chambers containing three balls. These balls go up due to air pressure. Through this exercise, the capacity of the lungs is tested.
Advantages
3 Ball Spirometer
Our 3-ball spirometer helps patient to take deep breathing to open airways and keep fluid and mucus from accumulating in the lungs, making it easier to breathe and ensuring a speedier recuperation. It is a flow-based breathing / lung exerciser that gives an implicit attribute "Ball" of the patient's breathed capacity. It encourages slow and deep breathing, which helps to build the respiratory musculature and recover and preserve lung capacity.
- Faster healing and recovery.
- Helpful for deep breathing and better lungs health.
- Useful for patient suffering from Emphysema, Chronic bronchitis,Bronchiectasis and Asthma.
- To reduce the risk of lung collapse, pneumonia and atelectasis after chest or abdominal surgery such as cancer surgery for lungs or heart bypass surgery.
